Comparison of Gaming Consoles

With all the complex new technology available in gaming how can you be sure that you are making the right choice when purchasing a video game console.

There are three major players in the gaming industry; Sony, who manufactures the PS3 and the PSP. Then you have possibly one of the oldest names in gaming of the three with the Nintendo Wii. Finally you have the Xbox360 developed by computer giant Microsoft Inc. These can all be fine choices but each have there own unique advantages.

The PS3 and Xbox360 are the two top competitors when it comes to game graphics. They have taken the realism of gaming to the next level leaving almost nothing to the imagination. The realistic surroundings bring some much anticipated excitement. As well as some engaging game play.

In addition the Nintendo Wii brings some tough competition with its new motion sensing controllers which allow players to take part in the action during game play. Motion is received through the controller which corresponds with the game. This is a whole new market in gaming and actually adds a level of fitness to playing. Great for fun and exciting family game play.

For Portable gaming one of the best hand held devices for consistently amazing graphics and applications is the PSP by Sony proving to be a huge favorite among gamers.

Consoles can vary from $250-$600, these prices will change from time to time with new advancements. With all new systems you want to make sure your console can do what will enjoy. There are lots of websites that offer video game consoles at really great prices so make sure you shop around.
